October 7, 2011 approximately 4:20 p.m.

1.                       I Andre Murray, on October 7, 2011 while maintaining the Peace, and traveling by bicycle at approximately 4:20 p.m. on the Street known as Aberdeen Street, for no reasonable cause was battered (attacked physically beaten) by members of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE who subsequently arrested then interrogated/assaulted me for approximately thirty minutes despite the fact that this was against my will and further without my consent.

2.                       At my earliest opportunity, which was immediately following initial physical contact involving unexpected battery: a surprise attack by Cst. David Beck I declared to all members of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE in attendance that “I do not consent and I waive all the benefits”.

3.                       Cst. David Beck a member of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE who had without warning tackled me from behind knocking me off my bicycle onto the ground finally supplied a Document with header FREDERICTON MUNICIPAL BY- LAW INFRACTIONS/ G219324.
